RezPeak provides AI-powered resume assessment reports and related digital services.

Due to the nature of digital products, payments are generally non-refundable once a report has been successfully generated and delivered to the user.

Refund requests may be considered in cases of duplicate payments, technical failures, payment processing issues, or situations where a report could not be generated due to a platform error.

Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
