Senior Full Stack Developer / Lead Engineer (AI-Native, AWS Scale)

We're hiring on behalf of an enterprise communication and learning platform used by leading organizations across BFSI, retail, pharma, and logistics. Experience: 7+ years | Full-time | Location: Mumbai The Role: Looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who is an AI-native builder — someone who actively uses modern AI coding tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate engineering productivity, code quality, and architecture decisions. Requires deep backend expertise in Golang or Node.js, strong frontend skills in React.js/Next.js, and hands-on AWS cloud architecture experience at scale. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications (Golang/Node.js backend, React.js/Next.js frontend) - Build secure REST/GraphQL APIs and event-driven backend services - Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, OAuth, JWT flows - Architect and optimize production systems on AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.) - Own scale and performance: caching, CDN optimization, load balancing, queue systems (Kafka/SQS/RabbitMQ), microservices, cost optimization - Use AI tools as a core part of daily engineering workflow, while critically evaluating AI-generated code for correctness, scalability, and security - Mentor engineers and lead technical decisions Required Skills: - 7+ years software engineering experience, 3+ years full stack product development, 3+ years AWS production architecture - Strong backend expertise in Golang or Node.js (NestJS/Express/Fastify) - Strong frontend expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, state management, SSR/ISR/SSG - Solid database experience: PostgreSQL/MySQL, DynamoDB/NoSQL, Redis, query tuning, replication - Hands-on DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code - Comfort using AI tools in production engineering, understanding their limitations Nice to have: SaaS platform experience, BFSI/fintech background, multi-tenant architecture, RAG/LLM/agent workflow experience
