Manager - UI/UX Architect

We're hiring on behalf of a healthcare technology company building digital product suites for doctors, hospitals, and healthcare administrators. Experience: 12+ years | Full-time | Location: Andheri, Mumbai About the Role: Looking for an experienced, hands-on Manager - Product Design/UX to lead product design across a digital healthcare ecosystem. You'll combine strong UI/UX craft, design leadership, product thinking, and people management, working closely with Product, Engineering, Content, Marketing, and Business stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience: - 12+ years in UI/UX, Product Design, or User Experience Design - 3+ years managing and mentoring design teams - Strong hands-on experience with Figma and modern product design workflows - Strong grounding in Design Thinking and User-Centered Design - Experience with requirement gathering, user flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping - Experience designing for mobile apps, web applications, and admin/enterprise portals - Experience taking products from 0-to-1 (discovery through launch) - Experience building and managing Design Systems - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Experience with AI-assisted design/UX workflows - Knowledge of usability testing, accessibility, and UX research methods Good to have: experience designing for doctors, hospitals, or healthcare administrators; understanding of healthcare workflows.
